Method

Bacon Strips

  1. 1

    Cook Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Drain on paper towels before serving.

Burnt Ends (Beef Brisket)

  1. 2

    Prepare and Cook Brisket

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Rub the brisket with brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. Place in the smoker and cook for 8-10 hours or until tender.

  2. 3

    Cut and Glaze

Once the brisket is cooked, cube it into bite-sized pieces. Toss the cubes with barbecue sauce and place back in the smoker for an additional 1 hour.

Fried Chicken Breast

  1. 4

    Prepare Chicken

In a bowl, season flour with salt and black pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.

  2. 5

    Coat and Fry

Dip each chicken breast first in the flour, then into the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Grilled Chicken Breast

  1. 6

    Marinate Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 7

    Grill Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

Chorizo

  1. 8

    Cook Chorizo

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

Shaved Ham

  1. 9

    Serve Shaved Ham

Simply place the shaved ham on a serving platter. It can be served cold or heated in a skillet for a few minutes.

Pot Roast

  1. 10

    Prepare and Cook Pot Roast

In a large pot, season the chuck roast with salt and black pepper. Sear the roast on all sides over medium-high heat, then add chopped carrots, potatoes, onion, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 3-4 hours until the roast is tender.

Sausage Crumbles

  1. 11

    Cook Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled, about 8-10 minutes.

Shaved Turkey

  1. 12

    Serve Shaved Turkey

Place the shaved turkey on a serving platter. It can be served cold or heated in a skillet for a few minutes.
