Prepare the Brisket Filling
Shred the cooked brisket into small pieces and place it in a mixing bowl.

Remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeños, then dice them finely.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, salt, and black pepper to the shredded brisket. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
