Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Salmon Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic (finely chop or press), chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Cooking

3

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4

Bake the Salmon

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place the fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

5

Serve

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven. Serve the fillets hot, garnished with lemon wedges and additional fresh dill if desired.
