Pulled Pork
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder generously with the BBQ rub, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Cook the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add the apple cider vinegar and water. Cook on low for 8-10 hours until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- 3
Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix in the BBQ sauce until well combined.
Coleslaw

Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
- 5
Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 6
Combine Coleslaw
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss until everything is evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
