Fries Preparation
- 1
Cook the Fries
Preheat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F). Once hot, add frozen French fries in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
Cheese Blend Preparation
- 2
Prepare Cheese Blend
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, grated parmesan, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Mix thoroughly to ensure an even blend.
Assembly

Assemble Cheese Fries
Once the fries are cooked and drained, place them on a large baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the four cheese blend over the fries. Add the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
Final Baking
- 4
Melt the Cheese
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the assembled cheese fries in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the cheese fries from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh chives for a burst of flavor and color.
