Meatball Preparation

Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix meatball ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.

Form meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake meatballs
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.

Melt butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Coat meatballs
Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl.

Add buffalo sauce
Pour the buffalo sauce over the meatballs and toss gently to coat them evenly.

Transfer the buffalo-coated meatballs to a serving platter. Top with crumbled bleu cheese and chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
