Cocktail Preparation

Shake the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, passionfruit puree, vanilla syrup, lime juice, and ice. Shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Slowly pour the Villa Conchi Cava over the top of the shaken mixture.
