Cocktail Preparation

Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Pisco, Laphroig Quarter Cask, Licor 43, and Apple Cordial. Shake well until chilled.

Prepare the Foam
In a separate shaker, combine Port, egg white, and simple syrup. Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to emulsify, then add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixed cocktail into a chilled coupe glass, then gently spoon or pour the port foam on top. Serve immediately.
