Side Chicken Ingredients

4 pieces Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon Watkins garlic powder1 teaspoon Watkins paprika1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt1 teaspoon black pepper2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped1 tablespoon ReaLemon lemon juice

Prep the Chicken

Start by patting the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps them sear nicely when cooked.

Marinade the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken thighs and toss until they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Finish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
