Prepare the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and uniform. Adjust seasoning to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing

Make the Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Salad
Cut the wedge of iceberg lettuce into quarters. Place each wedge on a plate.

Add Toppings
Top each wedge with diced heirloom tomatoes, slices of red onion, and crumbled peppered bacon.

Drizzle with Dressings
Drizzle both the Western dressing and the Buttermilk blue cheese dressing over the assembled wedges. Serve immediately.
