Salmon Burger Preparation

    Prepare the Salmon

    Finely chop the salmon fillet into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.

    Mix Ingredients

    To the bowl, add panko breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Form Patties

    Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

    Cook the Patties

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Cucumber Salad Preparation

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, red onion, chopped dill, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Toss all ingredients together until the cucumber and onion are evenly coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Garlic Aioli Preparation

    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth and well combined.

    Lightly toast the burger buns if desired.

    Spread a generous amount of garlic aioli on the bottom bun, add a salmon patty, top with arugula and sliced tomatoes, and finish with the top bun.
