Slice the Cucumbers
Wash and slice the cucumbers into spears or rounds as desired.

Pack the Jars
In sterilized jars, pack the cucumber slices tightly. Add garlic cloves and dill sprigs into each jar.

Pour the Brine
Pour the hot brine over the cucumbers, ensuring they are fully submerged. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Prepare the Meats
Slice the salami, prosciutto, and capicola into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a platter for serving.
Cheese

Slice the Cheeses
Cut the cheddar, brie, and blue cheese into cubes or wedges. Arrange on the same platter as the cured meats.

Prepare the Filling
Cool the eggs, peel them, and slice in half. Remove yolks and mash them in a bowl with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Fill the Egg Whites
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Garnish with additional paprika if desired.

Roll and Cut the Crackers
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.

Bake the Crackers
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake crackers for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.

Let it Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake the Bread
Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise again for 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
