Method

Fries Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the potatoes

Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Season the fries

In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until all the fries are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the fries

Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Add parsley

Once the fries are baked, remove them from the oven and immediately toss with chopped fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Truffle Aioli Preparation

  1. 6

    Combine ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and truffle oil.

  2. 7

    Season the aioli

Season the aioli with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

  3. 8

    Chill

Cover the aioli and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
