Preparation
- 1
Prepare Romaine Leaves
Wash the romaine leaves thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Add Caesar Dressing
Pour the Caesar dressing over the romaine leaves. Use a salad tong or large spoon to gently toss the leaves in the dressing until they are evenly coated.
Assembly
- 3
Add Toppings
Sprinkle the croutons evenly over the dressed romaine leaves. Then, arrange the white anchovy pieces on top of the salad.
- 4
Finish with Parmesan
Grate the Parmesan cheese using a microplane or a box grater. Generously sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the salad to finish.
