Preparation

1

Chill glassware

Place a Collins or large wine glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare ingredients to ensure the drink stays cold.

2

Measure and chill all liquid ingredients (Day Lemonade Rosé, dry rosé, vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, club soda). Using chilled ingredients prevents excessive dilution and preserves effervescence.

Mixing

3

Build the cocktail

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and discard ice water if used. Add fresh ice to fill the glass about three-quarters full (roughly 1 cup).

4

Pour 12 oz Day Lemonade Rosé into the glass over the ice.

5

Add 4 oz chilled dry rosé wine to deepen the wine profile and add structure.

6

Measure and pour 1 oz vodka and 0.5 oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur) into the glass to add body and floral complexity.

7

Add 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice for brightness. Taste and, if you prefer slightly sweeter, add 0.25 oz simple syrup and gently stir once to integrate.

8

Top with 1 oz chilled club soda or sparkling water to give a light fizz—pour gently to preserve bubbles.

9

Gently stir once with a bar spoon (about 4–6 rotations) to combine without over-diluting.

Garnish & Serve

10

Garnish the rim or float a lemon wheel on top and tuck a fresh mint sprig beside it for aroma. Clap the mint between your hands once before adding to release oils.

11

Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon. Provide a small napkin; this drink is best enjoyed cold and effervescent.
