Mussels Preparation

Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and add thyme. Bring to a simmer.

Cook the Mussels
Add the mussels to the pot, cover, and steam until they open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any mussels that do not open.

Season
Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
French Fries Preparation

Fry the Potatoes
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
Dill-Garlic Aioli Preparation

Make the Aioli
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
