Mixing the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine St. Agrestis Apéritif, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth. If you're making the Mezcal version, add Mezcal to the mix.

Stirring
Add ice cubes to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Straining
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnishing
Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
