Mixing the Sangria
In a large pitcher, combine the cachaça, chinola, pineapple and coconut cordial, and red wine. Stir gently to mix the ingredients together.

Adding Bubbles
Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda to add some fizz to your sangria. Stir gently to combine.

Adding Fresh Ingredients
Add the diced fresh pineapple, sliced lime, sliced lemon, and mint leaves into the pitcher. Stir gently to distribute the fruits and mint evenly.

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the sangria for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve over ice in individual glasses, garnished with extra mint leaves if desired.
