Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Mixing the Sangria

In a large pitcher, combine the cachaça, chinola, pineapple and coconut cordial, and red wine. Stir gently to mix the ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Adding Bubbles

Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda to add some fizz to your sangria. Stir gently to combine.

  3. 3

    Adding Fresh Ingredients

Add the diced fresh pineapple, sliced lime, sliced lemon, and mint leaves into the pitcher. Stir gently to distribute the fruits and mint evenly.

  4. 4

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve over ice in individual glasses, garnished with extra mint leaves if desired.
