Prepare the Glass
Chill a coupe or cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while preparing the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Mezcal Union, Aperol, Pamplemousse Rose, fresh lime juice, and orange bitters.

Shake and Strain
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Add Saline Rinse
Perform a saline rinse in the glass by adding a few drops of saline solution, adjusting to taste.

If desired, garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel. Serve immediately and enjoy!
