Combine equal parts lemon and lime juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to clarify.

Blend fresh herbs (basil or mint) with a neutral oil and strain to create herb oil.

Muddle the Lemongrass
In a shaker, muddle the lemongrass stalk to release its oils.

Mix the Ingredients
Add Kettle One vodka, clarified citrus juice, simple syrup, and herb oil to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
