Make the Crab Patty Mixture
In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into two patties.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Tartar Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, lemon juice, and chopped capers. Mix well and set aside.

Build the Sandwich
Toast the brioche buns lightly. Spread tartar sauce on the bottom bun, place a crab patty, add sliced tomato and lettuce, and top with the other half of the bun.
