Prepare the Glass
Place the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass. Add the dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the sugar cube.

Muddle the Ingredients
Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, crush the sugar cube and bitters together until the sugar is dissolved.

Add Bourbon
Pour the Bulleit Bourbon over the muddled sugar and bitters mixture.

Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently to combine the flavors.
