Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter with minced garlic (3 cloves). Set aside.

Cut the French baguette in half lengthwise to create two long pieces.

Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Remove the garlic bread from the oven and top each half with shredded fresh mozzarella cheese (2 cups).

While the cheese is melting, slice the tomatoes (2 medium) into thin rounds.
