Prepare the Crawfish
Rinse the live crawfish thoroughly in cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Set aside.

Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add the crawfish boil seasoning, halved lemons, garlic cloves, bay leaves, and salt.

Add Corn and Crawfish
Add the corn on the cob and the rinsed crawfish to the pot. Boil for an additional 5-7 minutes or until crawfish turn bright red and are fully cooked.

Let it Sit
Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak in the flavors.

Drain the crawfish and vegetables, and serve on a large platter. Garnish with fresh parsley.
