Prepare the Coffee
Brew 240 ml of strong espresso coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Make the Mascarpone Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 egg yolks and 100 g of sugar until the mixture becomes thick and pale. Stir in 500 g of mascarpone cheese and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Soak the Ladyfingers
Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled espresso coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat Layers
Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone mixture, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Chilling and Serving

Chill the Tiramisu
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Serve
Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with 30 g of cocoa powder using a fine sieve. Cut into squares and enjoy your classic Italian dessert!
