Prepare the Spinach
In a medium-sized pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool in cold water. Squeeze excess water and chop finely.

Prepare the Artichokes
Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts. Chop them into small pieces.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Spinach and Artichokes
Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes into the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.

Season the Dip
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixture along with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Once the dip is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
