Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Grilling

  1. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

  2. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the prepared vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the grilled vegetables on a plate.

  2. 8

    Garnish and Enjoy

Optionally, drizzle with additional lemon juice and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy your grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables!
