Method

Prepare the Fish

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat evenly. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and flaky. Remove from grill and set aside.

Make the Cabbage Slaw

  1. 3

    Mix Slaw Ingredients

In a bowl, combine finely shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine and set aside.

Prepare the Chipotle Sauce

  1. 4

    Mix Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine chipotle peppers, mayonnaise, lime juice, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Assemble the Tacos

  1. 5

    Warm the Tortillas

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

  2. 6

    Fill the Tacos

Place a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, and drizzle with chipotle sauce. Serve immediately.
