Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and form into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet, place the beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked beef patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the burger bun. Top with crispy bacon. Add any additional toppings if desired (lettuce, tomato, etc.) and cover with the top half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
