Lemon Butter Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Cooking the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Slice the bell peppers into strips and the zucchini into rounds.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables on a grilling basket or directly on the grill. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 7

    Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice.

  3. 8

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Salmon and Vegetables

Place the grilled salmon fillet on a plate and arrange the seasonal vegetables alongside.

  2. 10

    Drizzle with Sauce

Generously drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon and vegetables before serving.
