Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet to allow heat circulation. Make sure they are spaced out evenly.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Add the buffalo sauce and toss until the wings are fully coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing

- 7
Blend Until Smooth
Stir the mixture until well combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to your taste.
- 8
Refrigerate
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
