Split the brioche bun and toast the cut sides lightly until golden.

In the same pan, cook the bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.

Place the white American cheese on the beef patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Wash and dry the butter lettuce; slice the tomato into thick rounds.

Spread garlic aioli on the cut sides of the buns.

Assemble the burger: bottom bun, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, beef patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, then top bun.
Optional substitutions and add-ons

If substituting turkey patty for beef, cook the turkey patty until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, then proceed as with the beef patty in the assembly.

Once the cheese is melted on the patty, sprinkle bleu cheese crumbles over the patty or let them melt slightly into the cheese.
