Supper Entrees

1

Toast Bun

Spread butter on cut sides of the brioche bun and toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

2

Prepare Patty

Season the beef patty with salt and black pepper. Cook on a hot grill or skillet 3-5 minutes per side until browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

3

Melt Cheese

During the last minute of cooking the patty, place two slices of white American cheese on top to melt.

4

Cook Bacon

In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crisp, then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.

5

Assemble Aioli

Spread garlic aioli on the cut side of the bottom bun.

6

Build Burger

On the bottom bun, layer butter lettuce, sliced tomato, the cheese-melted patty, and bacon. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.

7

Fries Option

Prepare house fries: cut russet potatoes into 1/4-inch sticks, rinse, pat dry. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F and fry potatoes in batches until golden and crispy. Remove, drain on paper towels, and season with salt.

8

Side Salad Option

Prepare side salad: rinse mixed greens and pat dry. Tear greens into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with salad dressing.

9

Plate the Grumpy Burger with your chosen side (fries or side salad) and serve immediately.
