Notes and serving guidance

  1. 7

These are standard well-drink templates for Reno Happy Hour: each recipe uses 1 oz spirit as the base. Adjust spirit quantity to house pour standards (commonly 1–1.5 oz). Offer guests choice of mixer where applicable (club soda, cola, tonic, ginger ale). Keep ice plentiful and use fresh citrus when available. For sweeter preferences, add 0.25–0.5 oz simple syrup to the tequila or bourbon preparations. Prepare drinks individually to maintain balance and chill.
