Preparation

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Coat the Wings
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the wings in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
Frying

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain the Wings
Remove the wings from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Saucing

Toss in Sauce
If desired, toss the fried wings in your choice of buffalo sauce, house BBQ sauce, or house dry rub until well coated.
Serving

Plate the Wings
Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
