Prepare the Pork Loin
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the pork loin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Roll the pork loin and secure it with kitchen twine.

Stuff the Pork Loin
Fill the center of the pork loin with apple bread stuffing and roll it back up. Secure with twine if necessary.

Sear the Pork Loin
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed pork loin on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the seared pork loin to a roasting pan and bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
