In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla ice cream with each of the liquors (rum, Baileys Irish Cream, Amaretto, Kahlua). Gently fold the liquors into the ice cream until well combined. Avoid over-mixing to keep the ice cream creamy.

Scoop the liquor-infused vanilla ice cream into serving bowls. Aim for about 1 cup of ice cream per bowl.

Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream. Top each serving with a maraschino cherry.
