Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patties
In a large bowl, gently mix the ground prime beef with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a slider patty, making them slightly wider than the buns.
- 2
Cook the Patties
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the patties and place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 3
Prepare the Vegetables
While the patties are cooking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the onion into thin rings. Set aside the pickles.
- 4
Assemble the Sliders
Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the heat. On the bottom half of each slider bun, layer lettuce, a beef patty with melted cheese, pickles, and onion. Drizzle a generous amount of Russian dressing on top before placing the top half of the bun.
