- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients needed for the corned beef sandwich, including corned beef, Swiss cheese, remoulade sauce, sauerkraut, marble rye bread, and butter.
- 2
Spread Remoulade
Take one slice of marble rye bread and spread 1 tablespoon of remoulade sauce evenly over it.
- 3
Layer the Corned Beef
Add 200 grams of corned beef on top of the remoulade-spread slice of bread.
- 4
Add Sauerkraut
Top the corned beef with 1 cup of sauerkraut, spreading it evenly.
- 5
Add Swiss Cheese
Place 2 slices of Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
- 6
Top with the Second Slice of Bread
Spread the remaining tablespoon of remoulade on the second slice of marble rye bread, then place it on top of the Swiss cheese.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
