    Prepare Fruits

    Start by washing and preparing the fruits. Cut the pears into thin slices and the pineapple into chunks. Set aside.

    Juice the lemon and set the juice aside for later use.

    In a large pitcher, combine the sliced pears, pineapple chunks, and lemon juice.

    Add the Matilde Poire, Heirloom Alchermes, Fernet Branca, and Cabernet Sauvignon to the pitcher.
