Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cook the Sausages
In the same skillet used for the shrimp, add the two hot link sausages. Cook them over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and heated through. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Sauce
In the skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the diced onion, green bell pepper, and celery over medium heat until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, creole seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
