Prepare the Artisan Meats

    Slice the Meats

    Thinly slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola. Arrange them on a platter in separate sections.

Prepare the Cheeses

    Cut the Cheeses

    Cut the brie, aged cheddar, and gorgonzola into wedges and arrange them on the same platter, around the meats.

Make House Pickled Vegetables

    Prepare the Vegetables

    Slice cucumbers, carrots, radishes, and onions into thin rounds or sticks.

    Pickling Solution

    In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and dill. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.

    Pickle the Vegetables

    Add the sliced vegetables to the pickling solution. Remove from heat and let it cool down. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Prepare the Bread Crisps

    Slice the Baguette

    Slice the baguette into thin rounds.

    Season and Bake

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Arrange on a baking sheet.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool before serving.
