Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Burger Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Season the Impossible Burger patties with salt and black pepper. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking the patties, place a slice of Tillamook Aged Cheddar on each patty, cover with a lid, and let it melt.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 3

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the brioche buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

  2. 4

    Add Toppings

Spread onion jam on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the cheesy burger patty on top, followed by bread & butter pickle slices. Close with the top half of the bun.

Prepare the French Fries

  1. 5

    Cook the French Fries

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Toss the fries in a bowl with olive oil and salt. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake until crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
