Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Select Your Juice

Choose one or a combination of the juices (orange, cranberry, or pineapple) based on your preference.

  2. 2

    Chill the Prosecco

Ensure the La Marca Sparkling Prosecco is well-chilled before serving. Place the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to mixing.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combine Juice and Prosecco

In a large pitcher or serving glass, pour 1 part of your chosen juice (or a mix of juices) and then slowly top with 2 parts of chilled La Marca Sparkling Prosecco. Mix gently to combine.

  2. 4

    Adjust to Taste

Taste the mixture and adjust the proportions of juice and Prosecco according to your preference. You can add more juice if you prefer a sweeter drink.

Serving

  1. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Pour the mimosa into champagne flutes and garnish with fresh fruit slices and mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
