Infuse the Monkey 47
Begin by infusing the Monkey 47 Gin with Earl Grey tea. Steep 2 bags of Earl Grey tea in 500 ml of Monkey 47 for 2 hours. Strain the gin to remove the tea bags and set it aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of the Earl Grey-infused Monkey 47 Gin, 0.5 oz of Rosolio Bergamotto, 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 1 drop of saline solution.

Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Add Fee Foam
Top the cocktail with 1 oz of Fee Foam to create a beautiful finish.
