Espresso Martini Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Tito's vodka, 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 oz of freshly brewed espresso, 1 oz of Mr. Black coffee liqueur, and 2 dashes of chocolate bitters.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Cold Foam Preparation

Prepare Cold Foam
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 oz of heavy cream and 0.5 oz of vanilla syrup until soft peaks form.

Top the Drink
Spoon the cold foam over the top of the espresso martini.

Optionally, garnish with a few coffee beans or a dusting of cocoa powder for presentation.
