Heat Water
If using a kettle, heat the filtered water until it reaches a boiling point (around 200°F or 93°C). If using a coffee maker, simply turn it on and allow it to heat the water.
- 4
Add Coffee Grounds
Place a coffee filter in the basket of your coffee maker or in the pour-over cone if brewing manually. Add the measured Ethiopian blend coffee grounds to the filter.

Brew Coffee
Once the water is heated, pour it slowly over the coffee grounds in a circular motion to ensure even saturation. Allow the coffee to brew for about 4-5 minutes.
