Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Tenderloin
Season the AAA tenderloin with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear the tenderloin for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Make the Truffle Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to medium, add the heavy cream to the skillet with mushrooms, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the hazelnut pesto and truffle oil, cooking until heated through.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet with the truffle cream sauce, tossing to combine. Slice the tenderloin and serve on top of the pasta.
