Lobster Tail and Seasoning

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.

  3. 3

    Season the Lobster

Gently pull the meat out of the shell and place it on top of the shell. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.

  4. 4

    Roast the Lobster

Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
