    Make the Focaccia Croutons

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the focaccia bread into bite-sized cubes and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly. Spread the croutons on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let them cool.

    Prepare the Salad

    In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce and grated Asiago cheese. Add the Caesar dressing and toss until the lettuce is well coated.

    Serve

    Top the salad with the homemade focaccia croutons and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
